Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced into sticks (basically crunchy water)
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into sticks (for eye health, because you'll need to see all the other amazing snacks you'll make)
- 1/4 avocado (nature's butter, but with benefits)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (keeps the guac from turning that sad brown color)
- Pinch of salt (because even vegetables deserve to taste good)
- Pinch of cumin (optional, but recommended for that authentic guac experience)
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped (optional – we know some of you think it tastes like soap)
Instructions
- Wash and cut vegetables into sticks (uniform size makes you look like you know what you're doing).
- In a small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, salt, cumin, and cilantro if using (mashing avocados is surprisingly therapeutic).
- Use as a dip for vegetable sticks (double-dipping allowed only if you're eating alone).
